Enjoy "Nights on Normandy" and days in this beautiful updated waterfront retreat conveniently located to shopping/entertainment and the Lake Norman State Park.
You will love the amenities included in this home — rent a boat and keep it parked at the private dock or hang out by the salt water pool with its separate pool house. The open floor plan and abundance of outdoor decking overlooking the lake are perfect for hosting family and friends for your next getaway. The chef’s kitchen boasts high end appliances and is stocked with all the cooking utensils you will need.
The large master suite on the main includes an additional sitting area with a sleeper sofa as well as a luxurious walk-in shower. Five additional beds are located on the upper level — two queen and a bunk room with 4 beds.
The outdoor living areas offer plenty of space for all of your activities during the day or night. Savor a morning cup of coffee on the deck or create lasting memories making smores at the firepit by the pool at night. Fishing and swimming right off the dock are always a popular Lake Norman pastime! Kayaks are also available for you to explore the quiet cove surrounding the property.
Lake Norman is a large lake and ideal for boating and watersports. We have a great selection of late model pontoon and sport boats available to complete your stay. Adding a boat unlocks the many waterfront restaurants/bars, and all of our boats come with tow toys and skis, ropes, etc. With over 500 miles of shoreline to explore your stay is not complete without a boat.
Nights on Normandy is located within 15 minutes to Davidson College and 30-40 minutes from Charlotte where you can choose to take in a Panther’s game or one of the many other professional sports venues.
