The main level has an open, airy floor plan and includes a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. Boasting Lake Norman views from the floor to ceiling windows with a walk out to the spacious deck with a dining area and sunning lounge chairs, the atrium style living area is perfect for gathering with your family and friends. The lower level walk-out basement is full of entertainment and a gamer’s dream with a shuffle board table and PacMan arcade game. The kids, as well as the kids at heart, will love this space!

The outdoor living areas gives you many options from relaxing on the shaded patio, sunning on the deck, fishing from the pier, swimming, kayaking in the quiet cove or taking a cruise aboard a pontoon boat to explore all adventures Lake Norman has to offer.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. Additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 12; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible for renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.

Blue Wing Bay is located within minutes of an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options, 15 miles from Davidson College, 30 miles north of downtown Charlotte, and 45 miles from Winston Salem. Also enjoy nearby golf, hiking, NASCAR races, whitewater rafting center, vineyards, and one of the best lakes in America!

Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.

The house was great for our gathering. It was cooled off when we arrived, it was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms were convenient and all was well. Only negative was that we thought the main gathering area's couches and chairs could use an upgrade. We enjoyed the couches on the lower level. We didn't use the outside bc of heat and humidity.

Great Stay!

The entire experience was warm from booking through staying at Blue Wing Bay, hosted by Stay Lake Norman. It was our first time at the lake, so working with a company like this was great. SLN was responsive via text (my favorite) the entire time of our booking and trip. Place was very clean and felt newly remodeled. It was especially comfortable for our dogs with the fenced in yard and deck area. Highly recommend!

Great rental, very professional

Not a single issue the entire time. They communicated extremely well, and the details given were very helpful and clear. The house was perfect, very clean, had everything we needed, and slept 12 people comfortably. I’d highly recommend.

Vacation Stay

We loved the house, the amenities were way more than we expected. House was very clean and we loved the short drive to the grocery store. Couple things that were not so great is the King mattress downstairs folded inward and and fan upstairs makes a lot of noise. Overall we were happy with the house and location. We would for sure recommend it to friends and stay there again.

Quant

Nice home on a quiet inlet part of the lake. My son caught a giant catfish on his first cast off the dock. The house was perfect for our family, could have easily had another family or two with us. Kitchen is fully stocked so with pantry staples. The shuffleboard & pac man arcade game were perfect for me 3 & 5 year old. We enjoyed our time on Lake Norman and the surrounding area. If I had to suggest an improvement it would be upgrading the coffee maker, it worked but was not the best.

Summer Lake Retreat

The property was everything as described in the listing and then some. It was immaculate, comfortable, well stocked, and very functional with regard to use of space throughout the house and property. A boat is a great thing to rent but make sure it agrees with those staying with you.

Summer Vacation

My family and I rented Blue Wing Bay for a long weekend to visit friends at Lake Norman. This house was perfect for our group, and provided all the things we needed.....plenty of room, great views, easy dock access to the lake, and plenty of nearby locations to visit. The house was stocked with everything that we would need. We will be visiting this again!

Amazing family weekend!

The house was a perfect getaway for our growing family. Very spacious and best of all we were able to bring our fur babies. We rented a pontoon and loved having it in our backyard. Nice stay

The house is comfortable and nicely decorated with a great game room for the kids. The inlet is cozy, but was quiet for the most part. The house was well stocked with towels and amenities! We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Perfect Getaway!

Bluewing Bay was a wonderful getaway. The home is very comfortable and decorated beautifully! We were a family of four so there was plenty of room for everyone. I definitely recommend renting a boat! The lake is so much fun and provides hours of relaxation. Stay Lake Norman was very professional and I world definitely rent from them again!

Great quiet cove

This was an excellent location for my family. The master suite bathroom is extremely small but otherwise, beautiful home. We were a family of four so perfect square footage. If we needed anything, it was taken care of within minutes. I hope future renters will take care of this lovely rental and treat it with care. LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Wing Bay. It was well appointed with everything we needed. Despite the rainy weather we used the kayaks and the paddle board on our cove. The kids loved the downstairs and we were able to all be together on the main floor. The management staff was wonderful and our stay went off without a hitch!
