A fun entertainment space on the lower level boasts foosball, shuffleboard, basketball and arcade games, as well as a wet bar and an additional living area for all to gather. Glass doors open right out to the lake with additional outdoor lounging area and your private dock and kayaks.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. Additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.
Maximum overnight occupancy is 18; maximum daytime occupancy is 25. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible for renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.
*Pool thermostat will be set to 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.
