On the entry floor, you’ll find two king rooms with a shared jack-and-jill bath, including a separate shower/tub combo and toilet area. This level also has an entrance to a renovated garage turned game room with shuffleboard, ping pong table, and access to the top level of the deck.
The third floor, off a split staircase from the second, houses an office space with pull out queen sofa, a shared hall bath, and an upscale bunk room with 4 twin XLs and 2 queens.
Halfway down the staircase to the lower first floor is the primary king with a unique ensuite bath, peaceful sitting area with gorgeous lake views and a private door to the back deck.
The lower first floor features impressive picture windows, exposed brick walls, natural materials and refined features, an inviting space for your group to gather. The dramatic dining area with table for 8 leads to a tastefully designed kitchen with counter seating, plenty of counter space, and an attached coffee bar nook. Off the kitchen area is another king room with adjacent full bath with shower/tub combo.
Outside the main living space is a large deck with plenty of seating, including a full dining table overlooking the lovely yard and lake. There are multiple indoor/outdoor sitting areas on the lower patio. Down another staircase is a pristine putting green, a fire pit stocked with ample wood and a beautifully landscaped, terraced backyard leading down to your private dock with kayaks.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 17; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.
Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
