Blanca Bay on Brawley

This place is the MOST RELAXING place you can ever stay at! You can see the sunrise on the beautiful back porch, watching deer run by & the calm lake glistening in the sunlight. The kayacks were a huge hit with our sons, along with the warm hot tub. The firepit was another favorite as we roasted smores. The inside was cozy, so spacious with comfy beds and blankets. We will return to this wonderful place! We are thankful for the experience. I highly recommend this place as a number one vacation spot!

We chose Blanca Bay because our boys like to play Basketball and the house offers a 3x3 Basketball Court. But the house was so perfectly decorated, full of details, perfect lighting at night with warm light and so comfortable, that we felt in love with the estate. In the early morning we saw some deers in the front lawn that made the setting so picturesque. Me and my husband paddled around, in the morning with the sun rising. At We highly recommend this estate.

We had such a great short trip with our family at Blanca Bay. this house is designed perfectly to enjoy a relaxing lake weekend. We also hosted several of our friends families two nights we were there and this house has everything needed to host a good size group. We had a great time in the hot tub. fishing off the pier, playing pickle ball, kayaking and even s'mores! So many memories were made this weekend.

We hosted a men's mastermind group with 13 men at Blanca Bay. It was amazing - the place was 100% perfect for us, comfortable, big, luxurious. Everything we could have wanted and needed. Will definitely do this again. Best place on the lake! Right on The Point

We had a wonderful week at Triple B. There were 14 of us, 8 adults and 6 kids from 4-12. The kids loved the bunk room! The spaciousness of the house was great and the kitchen very workable for so many. The pool was used daily as well as the Pickleball court for various activities. The big back yard was perfect for our day of Olympic Games, as well as other activities. We had Carolina Gourmet bring in 2 meals which were top notch. Nice beds and towels. All in all, another fun and enjoyable family gathering in a nice house! in 2 melas which were excellent.

The house was spacious and open which allowed us to be together but not in each other’s way. There were multiple areas to dine inside and out. The view was magnificent and the home was beautifully furnished. The pool and sports court were a real bonus. We used the sport court for basketball, volleyball and pickleball. The pool was always clean even after wind and rain. The steps and seat areas in the pool were very useful for entrees and games. Our family gathers annually in a large rental home and Blanca Bay on Brawley was the best yet to accommodate our family. We indeed had a great time. Stay Norman concierge service was superb-from the beginning of the booking to check out. We had a few small issues after a power outage and everything was resolved quickly.

Wow, what a great house. We had our family trip with four families there for Memorial Day weekend. The house was perfect with space for each family and a bunk room for all the cousins. All of the amenities were just as described and having access to the lake was perfect. We had one small minor issue with a power breaker but the property management was quick to respond and helped us fix the issue. I would definitely come back to this house for another family trip.

We stayed four days at this beautiful lakeside home, tucked at the back of a cove between tall trees, offering privacy with a gorgeous view. This newly renovated spacious home away from home had all of the comforts that made our getaway perfect. There are several common spaces inside and outside of the home to gather as a large group, with enough space to make finding a cozy chair in a secluded spot easy as well. It has a very well-equipped kitchen, with an enormous central island, that made meal time a breeze. The inside of the house is amazing, but the outside it where it really shines. The deck, that spanned the length of the house, was the perfect place to sit with a cup of coffee and enjoy the serene sunrise. The pool and hot tub were waiting, with sparkling crystal water, to welcome us. The lake side fire pit was a great touch and became a central gathering space in the evenings. As someone who really values quality sleep, I was delighted to find that the beds were super comfy and left me well-rested and ready to enjoy the next day kayaking around the lake, lounging poolside, and playing games on the deck. I would recommend this home to large groups who want enough space to gather together while also having the ability to easily find secluded areas of the house for some rest or reading.

As someone who travels and stays at a variety of Short-term properties for both professional and personal needs, I have been in a lot of really nice properties in a variety of locations. This is by far one of the nicest properties we have had the opportunity to stay at. The layout of the home allowed for folks to have privacy when they preferred and also gave great space for our friends and family to be together. The pictures of the property really don’t do it justice! This home is so nice and comfortable, with great design elements. Located in a great private location (just off Trump National Golf Course and Lake Norman). The homes access to the lake, pool, hot tub, and fire pit made it a great place for my family and friends to reconnect and visit with each other. This was supported by its great location off lake Norman, that was great for walking, bike riding and connecting with nature. One additional feature that served our group very well was the large well equipped kitchen. It was a great meeting place to enjoy dinner and games in the evening.. all and all, we can’t recommend this home strongly enough!! You will not be disappointed by any element of this home.

A North Carolina lakeside oasis that is a MUST ?? Blanca Bay on Brawley is the perfect combination of comfort and sophistication. Hands down, this is the best place to stay on the lake. Everything is absolutely immaculate. The nicest home I've ever stayed in. The location on The Point is the best spot on the lake. Heated pool, hot tub, downstairs with plenty of fun stuff to do, spacious, four master bedrooms, enormous kitchen and dining area, all with the latest technology to make your stay memorable. We'll be back!
