Bridlewood Cove

This house worked out perfectly for our family of 11 adults and one child. It was spotless, and everyone said “Wow!” as they first entered. A perfect combination of gathering spaces and private spots. Highly recommend it!

It was a great house and wonderful experience…had a large group of family and kids and worked out very well. Location is great and absolutely beautiful. Could have supplied us with some more paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, bug spray considering the large group .

We spent over a week at this home with a large group of people (14) ranging from children to older adults. This house has something for everyone! The layout of the house is fantastic- between the downstairs setup with the multiple bedrooms and its own dedicated living room, the separate "apartment" space, and ample porch spaces, everyone could be together or enjoy some quiet time without feeling crowded. The bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds, and ample closet space so you aren't living out of your suitcase. The main house bedrooms each have their own en suite bathrooms. The kitchen/great room is perfect for preparing meals and entertaining, and the views of the lake and sunsets from this area are absolutely stunning. There is a walk-in pantry, 2 refrigerators, and a grill so you never even have to leave the house for meals. Activities abound! The game room was always a popular hub in the house. There are kayaks to explore the neighboring coves, a beach, a fire pit for evening s'mores, multiple lounge chairs, and a hot tub. The backyard is large for activities, and there's even a large, enclosed yard dedicated to the 4-legged family members. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and great for those who like long walks or bike rides- and lots of wildlife to see! The property has its own dock and boat house, and we highly recommend renting a boat to explore the lake. The house is very close to the main channel and a short ride to Lake Norman Park and several lakefront restaurants. The staff at Stay Lake Norman are super friendly and accommodating and made planning and staying here a breeze! We cannot wait to stay here again!

Had a combined trip of work in Charlotte and some down time with friends and family! What an amazing property! While I worked in the quiet office with very fast internet, the dog played in the big yard, folks were kayaking and relaxing by the hot tub! We are coming again!

The house is perfect for either a large family or gathering with friends. It's well thought out and has every amenity imaginable. The focal point is, of course, the lake and almost every room in the house directs your attention to the water. The location is very convenient to everything, but it still feels like a retreat setting.

My family and I had a few short days at Bridlewood while visiting from England. It was perfect and we wish we booked a longer stay! The owners thought of everything and our stay was perfect! Loved the beach and the warm water!

Fabulous house and waterfront beach. It was so relaxing to sit in the screen porch with the fan and watch the sunset every night. The kiddos had a blast in the bunk bed room. Loved seeing all of the wildlife nearby and very close to the zoo! Definitely plan on coming back.

We had an incredible stay! Between the numerous bedrooms, game room, private beach, covered dock, kayaks, hot tub, not only is there something for everyone, there is plenty of space for the whole family. Gorgeous sunsets, beautiful landscaping, and swimming in Lake Norman made this a truly memorable vacation.

This is the second time we have rented this house. Our family throughly enjoyed themselves both times. Set in a cove, it is quiet, peaceful and private. The house is amazing and very clean. All the amenities are great fully stocked with everything your family needs. The beach is great for smaller children and provides easy access to the water. Our only suggestions would be is to clean up the beach area a bit and add some new fresh sand. A ladder on the dock would be a nice added feature as well. Stay Lake Norman is wonderful to work with. The communication right up to our arrival time and thru our stay was great. A wonderful place to bring your family!

This home was perfect for our extended family to gather in for the 4th of July week! We had a group of 16 with Grandparents, 3 Children and their spouses, 8 Grandchildren and we fit comfortably in the home. The house is gorgeous, comfortable and spacious with King beds in 4 rooms and a giant kids bunk room, well stocked kitchen, lots of deck/ outdoor living space to chose from, nice yard and FABULOUS location on the lake! The only things that needed attention were sand in the hot tub, raccoons attacking the garbage cans at night and a lovely beach area that could have been cleaned up a bit. Otherwise, everything was perfect...wish it was our home to return to time and time again!

I had the fortunate opportunity to go to Bridlewood Cove with 15 of my colleagues for a holiday weekend together. This house is spectacular! We started the evening on the beach at sunset with a roaring fire. We then moved into the main house for superb wine and food pairing meal by Chef Timothy Shaeffer. Each of us had our own bedroom and beautiful bathroom with lake views ! The children enjoyed the amazing bunk room, played ping pong and built sandmen on the beach! I highly recommend this house to any midsize group if you want to be spoiled!

Great family vacation! Wonderful location in a beautiful house! Accommodated our family very well with great amenities. The living space was great. Bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing. The kids loved the Bunkroom and the beach area. Kayaks were a big hit as well. Quiet cove to swim and relax. Plenty of decks to gather together. Sunsets were amazing. Stay Lake Norman!!

There was no detail spared on this house. The layout, decor, and location was absolutely wonderful. The beach was perfect for our smaller kids and the hot tub was perfect after a day of boating. The house had every accommodation. We were able to boat to all restaurants, the dock was deep water, and gas/ice was just minutes away. We were spoiled with this house and can't wait to be back!

Bridlewood Cove is first class. The home is perfectly located on a quiet section of the lake away from the boat traffic of the main channel. It is on a private cove which provides a safe area for using the stand-up paddle board and kayaks as well as pulling skiers or tubers on the boat. The home is very large, super clean, and perfectly maintained by Stay Lake Norman. It is on a dead-end gravel road with a lot of peace, quiet, and privacy. The home was well stocked with all the basics - linens, kitchen, laundry supplies, cleaners etc. Publix delivers groceries to the area which was really convenient and saved us a lot of time. We rented a boat through Stay Lake Norman and that was very convenient as it was waiting for us at the house when we checked in. Stay Lake Norman provided excellent service and we had a wonderful time at this property and will definitely return.

This property was fantastic. Beautiful views of the lake. We enjoyed the company of a family of deer every evening. The house was immaculate and well stocked. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will keep in mind for future use.

We absolutely loved our visit to Bridlewood Cove and would recommend this for any family who is looking for a quiet and relaxing home on the water with a private beach. The kayaks were easy to launch from the beach and in the evening we had access to the fire pit. The house is amazing with an open floor plan and every amenity you can ask for. I hope we can return to this special Cove again soon!

Our stay at Bridlewood Cove was wonderful. We had not expected to travel during the virus, but, after a recommendation from a friend, we researched the area and made the decision that this would work for us and it did! We felt like we were at home from the minute we walked in the door. It is a warm and inviting property. We had most everything we needed to enjoy our week there. We had a few items that needed to be addressed over the week and all we quickly resolved. Thank you to the staff for all that you did for us! The communications with the StayLakeNorman folks before and during the trip were informative and helpful. We also rented a Tritoon boat for the week. This greatly added to the fun and enjoyment. We fished, did tubing and knee boarding, and relaxed while on the water. The beach area was a nice area as well with the kayaks and paddle board to use. We will probably be back in the future.

What a beautiful house! Our family enjoyed the stay at the Briddlewood Cove. Perfect location, scenic view, easy access to water, modern home with numerous amenities, close to restaurants/deliveries, very quite, and warm house! Within a few days we got attached to the house. We were able to go for the boat ride, jet ski, and shopping in the area. Hope to go back again soon!

My family of 8 adults, 4 children, and our dogs had a wonderful stay at Bridlewood Cove. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room with comfortable furniture and beds. The kids enjoyed the cool bunk room with 3 bunk beds. Beyond the house was the fantastic private cove with sandy beach with kayaks and paddle board, and a dock. We rented a pontoon boat for the weekend so besides playing on the beach, we got lots of boat time. Highly recommend this house. We will be back. Only thing missing was a cork screw to open our wine, but, we solved that by borrowing from our extremely friendly neighbor.

This house was above and beyond all of our expectations. Everything we could have possibly needed was available for use. The rooms were amazing and the kids especially loved the bunk room. Everyone we spoke to while making our last minute reservation helped us with ease! We could not have asked for a better all around experience. If you're considering booking a stay here, don't look more -- just do it. My family and I stayed here for several days and loved it so much we added on an extra day! The private beach area was such a nice place to relax and hangout. The inside of the house is decorated beautifully. They thought of everything!
