Hillstone Ridge

Upon entering the property at Hillstone Ridge, you will immediately be taken by its high ceilings and inviting gathering spaces. Accommodating 18, this home was designed for gathering and provides a variety of spaces to relax and enjoy time together, all while basking in the beauty of Lake Norman.
 
The impressive double living room flows seamlessly into a unique space with a table for card playing or board games, a spacious kitchen and a magnificent custom-built dining area, which is surrounded by windows to connect you to the natural beauty that brought you here. You’ll also enjoy convenient access to the double-tiered back deck where there is plenty of additional space for enjoying the outdoors and lake views. 
 
Off the kitchen, you will find a welcoming space with four custom bunks totaling eight extra large twins as well as a separate space with two twin beds and a shared, full bath. On one side of the split upper level, discover a tucked-away retreat with a luxurious king complete with a sitting area and ensuite bathroom.
 
The second split upper level offers a well-appointed office space ready to provide you the ideal spot for remote working with a view. You will be right at home in any of the three king-sized beds, all with enchanting lake views. One ensuite bathroom provides plenty of space with a dual sink, walk-in shower and free-standing soaking tub. You will also find another full bathroom with high-end finishes in the hallway.
 
From the main living space, a spiral staircase takes you down to the fantastic lower level, where you will undoubtedly spend time playing foosball, shuffleboard or skeeball, watching TV with your crew or cozying up with a book and your morning coffee while soaking up the breathtaking views from the expansive picture windows, calling you to start your perfect day on Lake Norman.
 
Outside, your lake life dreams will come to fruition, whether you are soaking in the hot tub, fishing or boating from your own private dock, swimming in the peaceful cove or sitting around a crackling fire in the hardscaped fire pit, trading stories and toasting marshmallows. This is everything you hoped it would be.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. Additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.  

Maximum overnight occupancy is 18; maximum daytime occupancy is 25. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. The garage at this home is NOT accessible to renters.  The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible to renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock.  This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.

Hillstone Ridge is located within minutes of an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options, 15 miles from Davidson College, 30 miles north of downtown Charlotte, and 45 miles from Winston Salem. Also enjoy nearby golf, hiking, NASCAR races, whitewater rafting center, vineyards, and one of the best lakes in America!

Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
