Keenan Beach

Keenan Beach is a newly renovated and exquisitely designed home that accommodates 16. Your eye for design will be captured immediately by the vaulted ceiling and exposed, natural wood beams featuring original post and beam construction. Industrial accents and wow-worthy chandeliers enhance the light and airy atmosphere of this home. 

The massive open concept living space includes a welcoming kitchen, a dining table for 10 and a spacious living room all connected and ideal for gathering as a group. Just outside the main space, enjoy an equally expansive deck with an outdoor dining and seating area that overlooks the hot tub, pool and, of course, the lake!

The first floor primary king with ensuite bathroom has an extra large walk-in shower, soaking tub, dual vanity and towel rack warmer. A second primary king upstairs has an ensuite bath, including an extended oversized shower, and sleek free-standing tub. 

Downstairs, Keenan Beach features another cozy living area with a unique custom moped bar cart. Perfect for entertaining! Two full baths are on this level, one with shower only and one with soaking tub and standing shower. There is also a custom bunk room with six twin XLs and another uniquely designed “boat room” with four twins and a gorgeous arched wood ceiling. A comfortable king room opens out to the back patio with views of the lake. 

Outside, you’ll find a covered patio with a sitting area, a heated, saltwater pool with a spacious pool deck with plenty of loungers for sunbathing. Across the pristine lawn, you’ll appreciate an alluring hardscape firepit area with fireplace for those chilly nights, and your private dock for mooring a boat and a large sandy beach (with kayaks, of course). 

StayLakeNorman has a great selection of high performance tritoons available for rent — with over 500 miles of shoreline and many waterfront restaurants to explore, your stay is not complete without a boat.  

A unique feature of this home is the separate gaming and gathering room with custom window seats giving an unobstructed view of the lake. The ideal spot for curling up with a good book! This space also includes a TV sitting area, wine/beer fridge and serving area, shuffleboard, basketball, magnetic wall games and a unique, custom net loft you have to see to believe. Keenan Beach truly has it all!

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. Additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.  

Maximum overnight occupancy is 16; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.

*Pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the  April 1 - October 31 pool season.

Keenan Beach is located within minutes of an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options, 15 miles from Davidson College, 30 miles north of downtown Charlotte, and 45 miles from Winston Salem. Also enjoy nearby golf, hiking, NASCAR races, whitewater rafting center, vineyards, and one of the best lakes in America!

Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
