In today’s world it seems the desire for business to treat customers well is gone; however what a joy to experience unprecedented service from the team at Stay Lake Norman. We stayed right on the lake and the pool was a hit all week long! My family and I will absolutely be using The Stay Lake Norman team in our vacation planning for years to come.

Overall great experience. Not sure if we were the first guests of the season but all three levels of the deck + pool patio were covered in debris, cob webs and bugs. Just a note for your future guests as this house is not cheap, and we chose this location out of desire to be outside more than inside. A quick sweep and dusting would go a long way.

Where do I start? Staying at this property for 4 nights was a very memorable experience. All of the meals, fires, long talks on the balcony with many laughs is what a birthday celebration should be. Friends and family came from far and near and with the oldest being 92, the properties accommodations were perfect. I highly recommend for a small get together or a family holiday escape.

Fantastic home, as advertised. AC units kept the house nice and cool even though it was a heat wave outside. Well furnished and very clean. The only issue was the in-water pool lights never came on, but if that's our only complaint you can imagine how great everything else was.

It was cold and rained the entire weekend, but we still managed to have a good time. I wish we had the chance to use the boat, overall still a great experience will definitely be staying again, but hopefully, we will have one day without rain! h

The house worked perfectly for my wife and I, our three children and spouses and 9 grandchildren… We enjoyed the gathering spaces as well as the opportunity for privacy… The pool and hot tub were great and very happy that we rented a boat for tubing… It was a wonderful family time with opportunities to share and to be alone

Lake Norman Getaway truly has the BEST outdoor spaces ever! The lakefront view is the BEST 360 view of the wide open lake. The three different level patios are huge with so much room to sit and admire the views. The fire pit at night with lights a long the lake had the best views as well. The pool is HUGE and is an infinity pool with stunning water views. It also was well heated give the kids loved. There are a lot of steps in this home but a lot of separate spaces for multiple families. The VIEW makes it worth it! Thanks to the Lake Norman staff for being so accommodating to our elderly dog. They are available always via text and phone call and give the ultimate service. Our friends want to rent this house based on pictures and videos shared!

Fabulous house for our family of 13. Gorgeous pool , access to lake for boating and swimming. Gorgeous home . Great toys in the lower level : air hockey, arcade, ping pong and shuffleboard . Perfect house for families with all ages

We enjoyed the stay at this rental, everyone had a wonderful time. Any issues that came up during the week were immediately taken care with one call to Stay Lake Norman. Lake Norman Getaway was superb in every way. When we walked in the front door it took our breath away. The view of the lake and backyard and dock are phenomenal. The layout of the house was PERFECT for our family. ALL of the four rooms had king beds and the area in the basement with the bunks and separate room was PERFECT for our grandchildren. Every room had it's own space and we could be all together or have private moments. The house is set up for a large group with seating and dining extremely ample… both inside and outside. THREE decks! Incredible. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. There is even an abundance of gaming in the basement for the kids. And we haven't even mentioned the pool …. unbelievable! The pictures online don't do the house justice .. you have to see it in person. We can't say enough about this house and the customer service as well. Emails or texts with questions were answered very very quickly. We would rent Lake Norman Getaway again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for a perfect vacation! We absolutely LOVED it.

Lovely property and gorgeous evenings on the lake. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds and furnishings. Pool and hot tub were perfect temp and very clean. We had some issues with hot water and general maintenance , however, although our calls were answered promptly ,not all items were addressed. Overall, a wonderful family vacation with all the amenities.

Phenomenal property! We spent most days cruising the lake with our boat rental and most evenings sitting on the spacious deck gazing out at the moonlit bay. Wouldn't change a thing about this place.

This is a 5 star home that is laid out perfectly for a family gathering. It couldn’t be better. Between the fabulous pool, hot tub, lake view and easy access, and great pontoon, there was always lots to do.

Had everyone from family almost 20 people my in laws age 70+ to nieces nephews, age 8 everyone had the best time ! Very Spacious comfortable Pictures don’t do the view justice . Service was amazing from Boat rental , fishing rods , clean up everything was first class from Start to finish Ty so much for a great experience!

This is one of the best homes I have ever stayed in with VRBO. Pictures don't do it justice. Once you arrive you don't need anything else. Stay Lake Norman took care of everything. Fantastic boat rental service, pet rental, consistent follow up with everything. They handled all communications promptly even prior to the rental. Rental was clean, the amenities were great. You really didn't need anything else. Will definitely book this home again.

I can’t say enough about the house and the hospitality of Stay Lake Norman offered. I planned a weekend getaway for my wife’s surprise birthday and invited her friends from all over. Overall we had 20 adults at the house on Friday night and 11 of us stayed there with ample room space and comfy beds. I probably contacted Stay Lake Norman five times prior to my stay asking various questions and they were always super responsive and helpful and even provided me with a great catering company to use in Bouk Catering. The house had everything you needed to be relaxed and have a stress free weekend. All that stayed at the house prior to leaving started looking at availability for us to stay at a later date. Their were no complaints except a wish that pool have outlets available to charge phones and speakers but other than that it was a perfect weekend. Thanks Stay Lake Norman!!! Can’t wait to check out more of your properties!!!

Was impressed with everything from the big things to the little amenities that were supplied. You delivered on everything the preview of the place stated. Which is surprising because we are used to bringing those little things. The house accommodations were great and the setting even better. The can do attitude of the support staff was fantastic. This home is lovely! Beautiful view, comfortable living spaces and all of the details were thought of. I brought extra toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap etc and none of it was needed. Everything was ready for us to arrive and have fun.

The home was absolutely stunning and the 3 patios/decks were huge. We rented a boat and they brought it to the house with a tube, water skis, and a kneeboard. The kids loved the ping pong table and we all loved the hot tub, which had nice lake views. The management company was very responsive, and they even left us two bottles of wine! The house has a nice washer and dryer and the kitchen is well equipped. Would definitely stay here again!!

Very pleased and impressed with Getaway! The home is spacious, beautifully appointed and well equipped. The location provides privacy and awesome lake views. Highly recommend renting a pontoon boat while there - StayLakeNorman makes that a breeze. This home has to be at the top of the list when you consider a vacation on Lake Norman. We made so many memories this week. Thank you for sharing a wonderful property, 5 star rating for sure!

The house was lovely and the lake was wonderful - not even crowded over Memorial Day weekend! More important , when we had a plumbing problem ON MEMORIAL DAY, it was taken care of within hours! Would definitely recommend .

The house was beautiful and sparkling clean! What surprised me the most was how equipped the kitchen was! Usually an airbnb might have some simple cooking basics, which makes it terribly frustrating when you want to cook (especially for large groups). But this kitchen had everything, even some speciality appliances like a blender and crock pot. I really appreciated it, and it made our stay easy and relaxing.

Ten adults came together to celebrate a family friend's 70th birthday. The house was perfect. There was plenty of room for us to relax and hangout. We enjoyed the fire-pit and hot tub. The beds are very comfortable with great mattresses and bedding. Bathrooms and kitchen well appointed. You won't be disappointed with this home. And as always, the StayLakeNorman staff...Shari, Pam and Danny....are wonderful to work with. We will definitely book again.

The house was perfect for our family. We had a terrific time. The amenities were high end too. The linens & towels were very comfortable. And the house was very clean. Our first impression could not have been better. The pictures were spot on of the property. And the team was very responsive & professional. We would definitely book this property again. This is a great home to visit on Lake Norman. We utilized both the home and the lake and it is convenient to all areas of the lake. The home is set up very well to have a large area for all to be together, but also provides enough separate living quarters for alone time. We all had a great time and would recommend this home.
