Lucent Sunset Retreat

What a beautiful place! I hardly know where to begin…from all the wonderful accommodations to the super setting on the lake with its beautiful views from both inside and out. This place has everything including a gorgeous, massive, and superbly appointed kitchen; bright, open dining and living areas; 4 en-suite king bedrooms, bunk rooms, multiple bars, a well-furnished game room, a coffee bar on the second floor; and even a complete apartment set apart from the main area. The furnishings are high quality, very comfortable and welcoming. We have a large extended family. Everyone was delighted with the private resort-like setting. The young adults had a blast dancing on the outdoor deck with its superb sound system, big screen television, fireplace, and even a disco ball which had many of us dancing in the night. While all this was happening, others were enjoying the game room, some were in the sports bar, while still others gathered around the great room fireplace. On top of all this, it is very accessible. I use a wheelchair. With the available upon request ramps, I had absolutely no difficulty entering the home and accessing everything from the kitchen, dining, great room and primary en-suite bedroom, to the game room, bar, dock, gazebo, patios and outdoor dining areas. The primary en-suite bedroom on the main floor has gorgeous views with access to the patio; and, is superbly accessible, including a roll-shower. This place has it all. We will be back!!!

An unbelievable experience staying in a breathtaking home on Lake Norman. A gorgeous modern and luxurious house, yet cozy and comfortable at the same time. There are so many amenities (and rooms) that we ran out of time experiencing them all! Everything we could have needed and more was ready for us. Fully stocked kitchens, bars, bathrooms and outside amenities just waiting to be used. Everyone in our group had super comfortable sleeping arrangements. And the views from everywhere are just undeniably beautiful. Soothing sounds from the waterfalls in the hot tub and pool, plus the waves crashing upon the beach and even the chimes from down on the dock were heard inside the house. Pure peace. We watched the sunset every night down on the dock with the fire pit and incredible show on the lake. Games in the game room every night! There is literally so much to do you do not need to leave the property. Ever. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a luxurious, fun and peaceful time for your group or vacation. We will be back. 5++++ stars!!!

Wow! This is a fantastic property! The pool, spa and outdoor living spaces are incredible along with the lakefront, the view and privacy! The gourmet kitchen is amazing and very well appointed. The game garage and sports pub are fun places to hang out with a group. The beds were all comfortable and the living spaces were all very nicely furnished. The Master bedroom and bath are amazing. The separate living quarters offers a quiet space for guests staying in that area. The additional amenities on the property (TV's, 4 full fridges, wet bar, upstairs breakfast bar, game room, etc) make for a wonderful stay that easily accommodates a large group. This property has it all and I look forward to my next stay!!
