Omgsh! What a beautifully designed home. It’s inviting, warm yet modern, has a huge amount of space and can fit an entire family with friends with complete comfort. Lots of personal space. Each bedroom has its own beautifully laid out bathroom. I have so many favorite parts but my most favorite was the view of the water from both decks…. I can’t wait to return! Telling all my friends as well.

We’ve stayed with Stay Lake Norman several times now and their properties are definitely the best on the lake! Beautiful homes down to every detail with stunning views. We particularly loved the big windows, game room, and fully stocked kitchen here. Close to grocery stores and lots of restaurants that deliver. Love that the property managers are hands-off so you can peacefully enjoy the stay, and you know they’re there with a quick response if you need them. Already daydreaming about our next trip!

Our stay on lake Norman in this luxurious and expansive lake house was instantly relaxing for my husband and I. We had the house with a few other friends and enjoyed time together on the lake, cooking on the grill, drinking coffee on the deck and roasting marshmallows on the fire pit. The sunset views were spectacular and memorable. You can watch the sunset from the pool and hot-tub. The kitchen is well equipped and our bed was very comfortable. This is our second stay at this property and we hope to return again.

When we first saw this luxury home, it seemed almost too good to be true but everything was as perfect as it seemed online. The people at Stay at Lake Norman were very knowledgeable and always available for my questions. They provided us with all the information we needed and even more. The house is exceptional with nothing negative at all. The location was perfect for our 3 families: our kids and grandchildren had a blast. The house had everything we needed and was a 15-20 minute drive to stores and restaurants. Thanks for such a wonderful time and offering my family memories of a lifetime. We will be back! Debbie

I had a group recently stay at Salience Path and the house was next level. It set the tone for our trip, providing us with everything we could possible need and more. The house is beautiful positioned on the lake with great views and a relaxing vibe. There is so much to do in and around the house, it was such a pleasure. The Stay Lake Norman team was very responsive and helpful throughout the process and it was easy to get in touch with them during the stay via text. Would recommend to anyone!

Truth be told, I was hesitant. Drive ten hours from NY to a house in the middle of North Carolina - wasn’t there a closer place? Probably. But in retrospect - we would do it again in a heartbeat to return to Salience Path. The drive served as a decompression period to prepare for our arrival to one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. (Driving not your thing? Charlotte Douglas International Airport is less than an hour away.) My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Billed as a Luxury Home Rental, it was easy to see the “luxury” part the moment you drive up to the property. Tucked in and away from the main roads, you automatically develop the sense of Sanctuary. Walking through the front door, you mentally take a deep breath and exhale your worries away as you watch the sun setting above Lake Norman through the incredibly large windows. Every part of the house is thoughtfully laid out from gathering places to “alone time” spaces. Main bedrooms for adults on the main floor; bunk beds, TV area, and game room for many children below. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone - no waiting. Modern appliances and furnishings were meant to make you feel you are away from home while feeling like you are at home. Easily prepare meals in the spacious well-lit kitchen or use the propane griddle on the deck that makes feeding the masses of family members quick and easy. Don’t feel like cooking? Restaurants are close by; there’s even a catering service a phone call away. (Don’t forget - there’s a reason why North Carolina BBQ is famous.) Heated pool, hot tub, and dock for the adventurous kayaker/fisherman await. Fire pit area with seating make for a relaxing end to the idyllic vacation day. Salience is defined as, “The quality of being noticeable or important.” Salience Path is indeed noteworthy. There are several properties available from the Stay Lake Norman Group and they all look incredible - but Salience Path is the one we are already looking forward to for our next stay… and so should you.

Salience Path was the perfect location for my family's quick getaway! The weather was beautiful and the indoor/outdoor living concepts of the house were perfect. We loved having the kayaks available for an afternoon paddle on the quiet cove and the game room was a BIG hit with the kids! We will definitely be back!

Salience Path was a slice of heaven. I felt instantly relaxed when I walked through the door. The beauty of the lake combined with the abundance of natural light throughout provided a perfectly peaceful atmosphere for our family getaway. The game room delighted my children, and allowed me a little time to curl up on the cozy chaise lounge chairs and soak up the amazing view!
