Fantastc spot but sone areas you might want to improve: -Have lower access to water on Dock or lower and wider wooden stairs, currently tough to do kyaking and paddle boatds -lower small ladder to water that is too high -spray for Bees nest around deck -fix A/c in office -Include list of house items need to buy beforehand like food

Stayed here with a few friends for a long weekend. House is unbelievable and everything was absolutely stunning. Stay Lake Norman was so helpful with everything from check in, boat rentals, and private chefs! Hands down the best spot on the lake. HIGHLY recommend staying here!!!

This home literally blew all of our minds. Very spacious, views from every room, beautifully decorated, comfy beds, and a lot of options for activities on the property. This home was perfect for a girl's getaway trip and customer service had been clear and concise since planning months ahead. The pictures really do this place justice but seeing it in person will reconfirm your decision on selecting this home. Thank you for an incredible experience!

The amenities at this luxurious vacation home were wonderful. We used Carolina Gourmet to cater an 80th birthday party for my parents and to provide meals throughout the week. We also rented a boat, tub and games. Service was great and any issues we had were handled promptly. The pros certainly outweigh the cons, however the property needs to accomodate for recycling. Throwing out bags of recyclables didn't feel right. Also, the internet initially did not provide the coverage for 9 adults needing to be on it. Once we discovered a separate Wifi for the office we got much better coverage. Lastly, the kitchen needs some refreshing in regards to service pieces and place settings. We didn't have enough coffee cups or large plates to service all. I know there were green plastic plates, but that didn't really go over well for a catered event.

This house was a spectacular fit for our crew of 15 -- 8 adults and 7 boys under the age of 11. The boys loved the bunk room, the game room, the pool, and the spa. So, their parents (and we, the grandparents) were VERY happy too, and could relax a bit and enjoy each other's company. ALL of that space was needed because we ran into bad weather -- pouring rain for 2 of the 3 full days we were there over Easter weekend. The sun came out Sunday and we enjoyed the boat we rented and the fire pit, too. Can't speak highly enough about the house and the service that came with it.

This place is truly special and one of a kind. It is as impressive in person as it looks online. Chasestone’s game room and pool area are as cool and luxurious as it comes. My family and I made so many great memories in the game room and pool. The entire property is on a private peninsula overlooking the water which makes you feel as if you are on your own private island. The 7 bed bunk room, fire pit, movie room are all top notch! My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and accommodations. I highly recommend this property. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

This place is everything you think it is. The home is gorgeous and clean. The Managment company was accommodating and polite. The game room/pool area sets this place apart. The only con, would be its vicinity to grocery stores and restaurants, so make sure to stock up. I fully recommend this home.

What an excellent visit my group had at Chasestone! This Location and House is one of a kind. We utilized the in house chef option and Peter and team took great care of us. Host was always available and helpful. Stay was unforgettable. The house had so much to offer inside and out. Everyone in our large party could not have been more pleased. Can’t wait to go back asap! Highly recommend!!!!!!!

This house is very special! The design of the home is extremely one of a kind! The views of the lake never end! Anywhere you are in the home has a spectacular view! Top of the notch at the thought to all the special touches: HUGE DINING TABLE WITH NATURAL EDGE, WELL EQUIPED KITCHEN, FIRE PIT ON THE LAKE, BEST HOT TUB EVER, GARAGE DOOR/SCREEN ON SEPERATE PLAYROOM, TRIPLE SHOWER IN MASTER BEDROOM, the list could go on and on!! I have some suggestions-- better knives in the kitchen, cosier seats at the table and counter in the kitchen, fireplace in living room to be gas or let guest utilize the fire. As a side note the beautiful netting with the crystals needs a spot light from below or above to show how amazing it is! We would definitely tell anyone to stay at your fantastic property! Thank-you for sharing it with us! Hopefully we'll get to visit again soon!

This property was one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in - not only was the home immaculate and stunning in every possible way, but also the property management and customer service was equally impressive and exemplary. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and well-thought out in both design and utility. My family ranged from young children to elderly grandparents and everyone enjoyed the home. The large windows allowed for constant enjoyment of the lake views and the use of the complimentary kayaks and paddle board allowed us to enjoy the lake, even without a boat rental. The game room and movie room were the perfect evening activities, entertaining children and adults equally. We enjoyed family meals together at the gorgeous long table and the bedrooms were such a comfortable retreat to rest up for the next perfect lake day. I felt the property management was incredibly responsive and quick to address any questions or needs - I could not have imagined a better stay at Lake Norman and will certainly be back! Thank you for a wondrous family memory and impressive introduction to Lake Norman!

Wow, can not believe my stay at Chasestone Peninsula. From the moment I drove through the gate my family and friends immediately felt like we were on a private secluded resort. Chasestone is on a peninsula at the edge of the water... offering complete privacy as you have water on all sides. The house has everything you could ever think of; movie room, massive game room, unbelievable bunk bed room and so much more. My friends and family will never forget our stay! We will surely be back!

Truly a great property. It's unbelievable that such a resort as this property is only a hour and half drive from my location in Greensboro. It had every amenity you could ask for except for a swimming pool. I would definitely want to come back to this property again. Everything from checking in to exiting was a seamless process. My entire crew loved this property.

Absolutely wonderful home and location. We loved having Coffee on the comfy dock chairs every morning and wine on Adirondack chairs at the fire pit at night. We had a lot of age ranges at house and there was plenty of separate entertainment spaces for everyone to enjoy. Stay Lake Norman was great at quickly repairing any concerns that came up. We can’t wait to return.

Chasestone Peninsula is a warm welcoming vacation home that has sensational views of the Sunrise and Sunset along with Lake Access, Hot Tub, and game room. We hope to be back soon!

10 Stars would be my rating if possible. The house was comfortable and clean with a great location. The amenities (game room, fire pit along the lake with a view of the sunset, hot tub, kayaks, dining on the porch, grills) made this a perfect family vacation place. Stay Lake Norman has house management perfected. Their team was attentive and helpful before and throughout our stay. We would love to return every year. (One small wish would be that the indoor fireplace was usable). Easily accessible from Charlotte airport. Whole Food/Target deliveries. We used Megan with Babyquip and Heart and Soul Catering for a few meal deliveries to make this trip amazing.

Property was perfect. Plenty of space. Location on lake was perfect. We rented a boat which was there when we arrived. The house was very clean. Lots of towels. The game room was the bomb. We had many family games night. Hot tub was a added plus. Our vacation was awesome. My son got engaged thwre. Will always have a special place in my heart.
