What is the Nomadic Jeweler?
The Nomadic Jeweler is a permanent jewelry company and we create permanent jewelry that embodies the travelers experience. When people come to us they get to select from over 18 different chains and then we custom fit it to them. All our chains can be fit for either a bracelet, an anklet, a necklace, or even a ring. Then our clients can add additional charms and connectors to customize it even further.
Why did you create the Nomadic Jeweler?
I founded this back in 2022 after getting back from a trip to Costa Rica. All of the jewelry I packed got tangled up inside of my bags and never ended up getting worn. Then the anklet that I bought ended up turning in the ocean after a couple of days. When I got home I thought to myself, “if I were to travel again and I want to wear jewelry, what is the solution here?” I started to hear about permanent jewelry and the materials used; it solved a lot of problems for me and so I wanted to share it with other people.
How can people find you and get your permanent jewelry?
We have 3 different ways people can truly enjoy our experience and get our permanent jewelry in the Lake Norman area. We partner with local jewelers for pop ups and we also do pop ups at Birkdale Village every Friday, Saturday and Sunday right outside of Kilwins. Finally, we will come to you and elevate your private experience bringing all the jewelry to you to pick and choose with your family and friends in a personal atmosphere.
How do you support other local jewelers?
We work with local jewelers and bring everything needed for our pop up. We’re able to provide permanent jewelry for their guests and bring the experience for them. Also this allows us to do a lot of cross marketing for them. So, people who follow us get to be familiar with other local businesses that they might not have known and vice-versa.
