Strawberry Breeze offers ample space for up to 16 guests with 5 separate sleeping areas. The open floor plan with picturesque lake views as your backdrop is perfect for gathering with your family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen has a large dining area that overlooks the great room and sitting area. A sun room allows for an additional gathering area as well as the perfect spot for relaxing in comfort while enjoying the lake views year round.

Strawberry Breeze's main level boasts four sleeping areas, including two king rooms with ensuite bathrooms, a six-person bunk room and an additional king room. The upper level accommodates two queen beds with a sitting area and lake views, ideal for lake day relaxation.
The outdoor living space of Strawberry Breeze does not disappoint. The private pier allows for convenient access for docking one of our rental boats so it’s always ready to take a cruise around the lake. This home’s exceptional beach is the perfect spot for sunning and swimming. Then when you’re ready to wind down, take advantage of the hot tub on the deck or make smores over the fire pit.

Strawberry Breeze is located within 30 minutes to Davidson College and 30-40 minutes from Charlotte where you can choose to take in a Panther’s game or one of the many other professional sports venues.

This home is pet friendly with a 2 dog allowance and pet fee per dog. Breed must be approved by management prior to arrival.
Maximum overnight occupancy is 16; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The garage to this house is NOT accessible for renters. The fireplaces at this property are non-operational and for aesthetics only. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible for renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.
STAYLAKENORMAN reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time due to credit card issues and/or failure to complete contract signing process including but not limited to uploading ID, signing usage agreement, accepting house rules, etc.

If we could give a 10 star rating we would. This was by far the greatest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at. You all were so accommodating, you literally thought of everything. The eco-friendly toiletries were the icing on the cake. The place was incredibly clean and comfortable, we could seriously not have asked for anything better. Thank you so much for the complimentary bottle of wine and for the outstanding accommodations and hospitality.

The house was fantastic. Everything we needed was available. The house had a playpen and a high chair. We had four children with us, and eight adults. I had the rental company deliver two cribs, two additional high chairs, yard games and two extra kayaks and children life preservers. We also rented a boat. We used everything, and we spend much time on the beach and around the fire pit. It was perfect. My niece mentioned the coffee pot needed to be replaced and that the glass doors on the tub are difficult when bathing children. The screen on the right sliding door off the sun room needs to be replaced. None of this affected my rating of the house. It's a FIVE STAR home. The service at StayLakeNorman is also FIVE STAR. Your communications were extremely helpful and timely. I would use your company again in a heart beat. Thank you!

If I could give this 10 stars I would. Our family had enough room for 6 kids under 13 and 8 adults and then two young adults who stayed the night. Probably could use at least a half bath on that extra floor but the house was well stocked with everything you'd need. I would definitely stay again.

House was great - as advertised on the water with dock, beach and accessories to enjoy the water. Service from management was excellent from first reservation through renting a boat and having it personally delivered with orientation and great local information sharing. First class from start to finish.

My family loved our stay at Strawberry Breeze! We felt very welcomed with all of the little touches like complementary wine, a well-stocked kitchen, firewood, beach towels, etc. Spacious rooms and lots of gathering places! Would definitely recommend!

We stayed for a week with 5 adults and 3 young teens. The house is clean, comfortable and cute! It had everything that we needed. I had groceries delivered through Instacart and it made the whole thing extremely convenient. We also rented jet skis and they definitely added to the fun as the kids went tubing and riding and everyone had a blast on the lake! The kids also enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding. Everyone loved Strawberry Breeze and we are planning to hopefully come back next year!

Strawberry breeze was a beautiful home. Modern, updated everything fresh and clean.Wonderful for entertaining with our family. Plenty of towels, dishes, utensils you name it, it was there for us. Lots of water activities, sand on the beach, kayaks, paddleboard, hot tub it was all wonderful If you’re up early enough the sunrise over the water was absolutely gorgeous. We would definitely come back and stay at this house again.

Beds were very comfortable, space is large and accommodated everyone well, kitchen had enough plates and utensils for everyone, view is beautiful, porch has heat & air conditioning so you can enjoy it no matter the weather! Note that the hot tub is very small and the kitchen is limited - plus things like paper towels and toilet paper is limited so it would be a good idea to bring your own. But overall the place is amazing - would highly recommend!

This house truly lived up to expectations. The layout was perfect for a few couples and the lake views are gorgeous. In addition the home was very clean and orderly. I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this one seems to be managed better than most.

The house was beautiful and very well stocked, including a gorgeous decorated Christmas tree! Our group consisted of 2 grandparents, two adult children and their spouses along with 3 grandchildren ages 1,4 & 10! We celebrated an early Christmas and the youngest grandsons first birthday! We were able to kayak only one day as it was cold and rainy most other days! The house was cozy and warm for us to enjoy each other’s company when the weather was uncooperative! Highly recommend Strawberry Breeze!

The location was incredible! We volunteered at the Samaritans Purse warehouse. The house had everything we needed. It was soooo clean and had everything in place! The bunk beds were great for this group of teenage boys! Plenty of room and space to spread out teens from adults. Paddle boards and lake were tons of fun. Thank you!

Beautiful place inside and out! Has everything we needed. Fire pit outdoors was nice to sit by in the evenings. Only thing I’d suggest is putting a small foot wash station by the back door b/c we kept bringing in so much sand in the house. Perfect place for our girl’s getaway weekend!!

From the look and set up of the property, the amenities, to the customer service, this was an AMAZING HOUSE!!! Everything about this place screams GATHERING. The well thought open areas all throughout the house to include the kitchen, the living / gathering room, the 4 seasons porch, the private den area for nice conversation ... really, a great place and by far our best family rental house experience. We rented a pontoon boat for nice strolls throughout the nearby Lake Norman coves. At night, we had great sing-along times with the super cool surround sound system and had smores with the kids with a perfectly lit campfire. Can't wait to get back to this house!

From the look and set up of the property, the amenities, to the customer service, this was an AMAZING HOUSE!!! Everything about this place screams GATHERING.
