The house was very well appointed and accommodated our family well. Enjoyed the outdoor space and dock. The only downside was this property does not have easy water access. No beach area. Only water access is by ladder from the dock.

We spent a wonderful week here with our family and it exceeded all our expectations. This charmingly renovated home sits right on the lake, making it an ideal spot for a lakeside retreat. The highlight of our stay was definitely the outdoor space. The back deck and patio offered ample seating, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the serene lake views. The spacious dock provided convenient mooring for our boat, and we loved watching the stunning sunsets from the deck above. In the evenings, we gathered around the cozy brick fire pit by the lake, creating unforgettable memories. Inside, the house was a perfect vacation haven with plenty of rooms and sleeping arrangements to accommodate everyone comfortably. The kids were especially thrilled with the cool bunk room. The main area of the house featured a spacious open layout combining the kitchen, living room, and dining room, which made it easy for all of us to cook together and spend quality time. Overall, our week on Lake Norman was fantastic, and we're already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing lakeside getaway!

We stayed at the Lakefront Living home for the long 4th of July weekend and WOW we have nothing but great things to say about it. The house was very clean and updated, plenty of space for the whole group. The kids absolutely LOVED the bunk room. The double decker dock was stunning, the kids could fish below and the adults could sit up top enjoying the most beautiful view of the lake. The sun sets right in front of you while enjoying some peace on the deck. There is a nice big backyard, a fire pit, and plenty of shade for those who have had enough of the sunshine. Very easy to rent a boat and dock at the house. There are kayaks already provided for a peaceful stroll on the lake. The water is very nice, we just floated right off the dock for hours. All the amenities were provided, which makes it easy from a packing standpoint. It was an amazing week, I highly recommend staying here!

We reserved this beautiful lakefront home for 4 nights for our extended family to enjoy and celebrate our daughter's graduation from Davidson College. It was exactly as pictured, with modern decor and an incredible two level dock looking west on Lake Norman. This was especially enjoyable with a glass of wine as the sun set. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had every amenity and plenty of towels. The new kitchen was well supplied with plenty of dishes, silverware and serving dishes. The slight negatives are that everything is done on an app you have to download and when you click on categories to see rules and instructions they are vague or empty. No instructions on working the TV, etc. There is no sound system, so you can't play any music in the home. You are not allowed to park in the garage. This was fine for us in 75 degree sunny weather, but would be a real problem in the rain or heat. Lastly, I had hoped for a late check-out of 3 hours to accommodate the 86 year old grandparents for an afternoon flight back to California. Checkout is at 10:00 am sharp and you have to pay $375 for two extra hours and 3 hours is NOT allowed. This seemed really harsh on a Monday mid-May with nobody checking in. We travel extensively and have always been allowed a free late checkout if available -- whether Airbnb or hotel and usually 1:00 is fine. Otherwise, we enjoyed our visit and loved the proximity to Davidson and Charlotte.

The house was fantastic - had everything we needed - very clean and well equipped. Really pretty sunrises and sunsets from the house and the dock. Would definitely stay there again. Locations great as well. Quiet neighborhood - would recommend.

Amazing stay at this beautiful property, the place was very clean and the free wine was a nice touch! Fit all of our guests with ease and the games were fun, large game room downstairs was a blast! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This house is immaculate, like brand new! Two living areas which makes it perfect with children! It’s well equipped with anything you may need! We enjoyed watching the sunset from the dock each night and then gathering around the outdoor fire pit for some family bonding time! We will definitely be back!

We rented Lakefront Living from Stay Lake Norman and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The team at Stay Lake Norman answered my questions promptly and we experienced outstanding customer service throughout. The house was beautiful and I loved how easy they made it to check in so we can begin enjoying our staycation! The Lakefront Living house is in a beautiful location on the lake. The sunsets were amazing and we loved enjoying the peace and quiet on the top deck of the pier. The house has everything you could possibly need. My grandsons loved the bunk beds and having their own space (we loved that too!). The kitchen was incredibly well stocked so we could cook anything we wanted. We will definitely rent this house again!
