This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 16; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. This property has two active security cameras on premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The garage at this home is NOT accessible to renters.

Pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.

Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.

STAYLAKENORMAN reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time due to credit card issues and/or failure to complete contract signing process including but not limited to uploading ID, signing usage agreement, accepting house rules, confirming details over the phone with company representative, etc.

Incredible House, Views and Amenities

Our stay at Paradise Peninsula was nothing short of amazing! So amazing, we didn't leave during our four-day stay! From the rental boat that was at our dock when we arrived, the sandy 'beach' area perfect for our grandchildren and dog, the awesome hot tub and pool to the spacious house and deck! If you are teetering on where to stay . . . take my word for it . . . make a reservation at Paradise Peninsula today!

5 Stars - perfect home for our family!!

This home is so well done. Our small family enjoyed our stay despite the soggy weather. The house was perfect for us, but would also be a great home for a large group. The hot tub and pool, strategically placed, so unique. Plenty of kitchen/grill gadgets, glassware, utensils, large kitchen to gather, large table outside (had our weather been cooperative) for dining and hanging out. We loved the backyard and dock. The beds were very comfortable and all showers that were used had superb water pressure and heat. The ONLY thing that we thought was a negative (and had the weather been better we probably wouldn't have been inside much) was the sofa. It was comfortable, but it made a terrible noise sitting and getting up from lying or sitting. Great home....we loved our stay....we will be back!

Enjoyed Our Stay

Our family stayed at Paradise Peninsula for 5 nights in March. Our overall experience was outstanding, from the quality accommodations to the support staff (office, maint and boat rental). We had a couple of small questions / concerns and the SLN staff was attentive, prompt and professional. We would highly recommend both this location and SLN as a service provider, well rounded, professional experience. We are already planning a return trip in the future and will make sure to use Stay Lake Norman.

Paradise Penninsula in March

wow! there may not be a better view on the lake. waking up each morning to see those gorgeous lake views was a wonderful experience! the house was incredible. each bedroom was better than the next. while our group was small we can see this house being great for larger sized groups as well. The custom hot tub heated up quickly and it had the same beautiful views of the lake. the StayLakeNorman staff were terrific, and helped us quickly with our boat rental (delivered to the dock) and with getting an extra kayak! thanks so much to you all for hitting another home run!

Birthday weekend at the lake

This property is beautiful! Completely updated with beautiful views and all the amenities you would need. We enjoyed the beach and kayaks and took advantage of the dock as well. The only negative was that there were a lot of ants in different rooms of the house, but we didn’t let it bother us too much.

Overall fantastic experience. Spectacular property with gorgeous lake views from a private peninsula. Pool/spa, fire pit, dock, and small beach (with provided kayaks) exceeded our expectations and stood up to the onslaught of some insatiable children (myself included). Communication from StayLakeNorman before, during, and following our trip was exemplary without being intrusive. House was clean and well maintained on arrival and my delightful wife, in her endearing fashion, ensured we left it cleaner than we found it. Tears were shed upon departure, always the sign of a successful vacation. Enjoy!

Lake house

The House was beautiful and exactly as described in pictures. The views from the house were breath taking. My family and I had a blast. My three year old asked if we could stay longer. Stay lake norman literally covered every single thing we could possibly need. Our boat we rented was waiting for us upon arrival and their safety video provided all tips we needed. We will definitely be back.

Amazing Lake House

We absolutely loved this house and the fun we had while staying in it! The house was beautiful and very well equipped. The pool and hot tub were great also. However, the amazing view is the number one best thing about this house. We will definitely be back!
